At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly and provides the comfort you deserve. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the parcel is securely sealed.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
